Not doing to good. I have been sick a lot. Went to the doctor for a physical and didnt turn out good. the physical was fine but i have some allergies and my Thyroid is enlarged. Going for bloodwork in the morning.

Hang in there. I understand being sick. Definitely get the thyroid checked out. For many, that causes weigh gain, moody behavior, etc. A lady in our office has started on thyroid medication last year. She is less tired and when dieting has finally started losing. Before, her loss was super slow. Now, at least steady.

I have had the thyroid issue before. I had cancer when i was 13 and after treatment my thyroid was destroyed but it kind of healed itself. But its back again. And that could be while i am having trouble getting motivated to exercise. Thanks for the comments!
