Two disastrous eating days for the weekend -- Saturday was okay until the leftover challah spoke to me, ruining a perfectly good losing weight roll. And then Sunday was just the reverberation of Saturday night's lapse, and I was pretty self-destructive. Back to business today. Treadmilled 90 minutes, 5.28 miles.
