Walls's Logboek, 21 mrt 07

My partner, who currently weighs in at 239, says he is tired of the Atkins diet and wants out. This is bad news on two fronts. Firstly, he needs to keep the weight loss going, for his health. Secondly, if he starts filing the house with non-Atkins food, and starts making bad choices while we're out, then it will be impossible for me to stick with it. I've still got about 14 pounds to lose.

We were at my parents for the weekend, and just broke out; bread, crisps, ice cream and fruit, the works. I'm weighing in today to remind myself I have a LOT of work to do. Darn. I've made my breakfast lunch and dinner up for today, so that's one day done. But the next few days are going to be really hard, I think.

Hi! Suggestion for you...Try Fat Flush...There are other menu options that make it easier to follow and cuts down on cravings. Don't give up! As someone else said, feeling healthy is much more rewarding than a mouthful of something we're craving! If you stick to it, your partner will see you in your glory, healthy, energetic and alive. He makes his own decisions...

I don't have any cravings, the Atkins has seen me drop from 174 to 149 and then back up to 155. Your point about my partner making his own decisions, though, is spot on. His way of life, his decision.
