Have had two good days in a row - walked both days and stayed on track with food- husband home from boat and needing some work on stress, diet, weight etc so now I have added incentive! Walked to the market and bought lots of veggies - butternut squash and rutabega steamed tonight - yummmm! potatoes and onions in olive oil - holy cow does olive oil have a lot of points or what!!! Lots of water too - good news is licensing classes hubby needs may keep him home for a couple months - hate to get my hopes up but that would be so fantastic!! Today I took my inlaws and kids to the beach and walked along the water for 1/2 hour - felt sooo great to listen to the ocean and lay in the sun! Been raining a lot here so we really lucked out on the weather!
