I've been flirting with 200lb for a couple of weeks! But it's my own fault I've not reached it... especially the last few days. I really haven't been planning or watching what I eat, and I'm kind of disappointed in myself for it. I've had to really pinch my pennies this month, which means buying cheaper groceries... and as we all know, the cheaper stuff is usually not as good for you.
That being said, I've still made some progress to be proud of!
