I am not proud. today I was at the Dr and it said I weighed 252 lbs. I was at 230 lbs. so now I am back to try to lose this weight. I am depressed

Don't let the depression take over you are on a journey and have gone up a hill. Try to be diligent with your food journal and count them calories it will help you get back down the other side!

i hear you. this community understands your feelings. good for you speaking your state of mind. i know in my experience it sometimes takes these string emotions to het get back on a healthy track.

Your honesty is so brave and admirable!! Life happens. You’ve done it before, you can do it again. Go on-line, find a calorie deficit calculator and up your protein. Cut out sugary foods. Throw in some weight lifting. Muscle burns fat. Plain and simple. I need to up my own strength training!!

thank you everyone for the kind words. I am ready to change. I am going to start walking, drinking water and eating right. no more sugary foods and drinks. I can do this. I will do this. my girlfriend is also dieting. she just had to be careful cause she is dietetic. we are going to do it together. all of us. 😃

It happens. The good thing is you know you can do it (you did it before). We all have swings. This is a lifelong journey for most. Embrace you and who you are. Loving yourself first may not burn calories but it is just as important ❤️

It’s hard to get back track! I recently had a moment where the scale tipped to my highest and I said to myself if I didn’t do something now it’s only going to get worse. I got my head in the right place; started rowing, counting calories and seeing results! Hang in there!
