Calories were really high it was a thick cut pork chop and almost 300 calories on the drink.

retired driver a little over a year ago and i blame myself and being in a truck for almost 40 years for getting to 325 lbs

suger free monsters (if you must have an energy drink) are as little as 10 calories. worth the switch. my recomendation is to buy pre workout, way less harmful chemicals and uneeded calories. just mix with a bottle of water. has more caffine as well. also i know its not always available but a grilled chicken sandwich is a much much better choice then a deep fried pork chop.

OMG!!! I used to do the white-can Rock Star drink about 20 years ago. My body went whacko bc I used to fast alot. I can't fast anymore. It was very scary. Banana/rock-star/protein-drink and that was it. I would fast for a month b4 I ate anything else and then it was just salads, tuna, fruit....

@jimrogers I agree, it's to easy to just pull over and grab an unhealthy bite. But dang these tender fried pork chops are good. @Skizzy I know. I drink the white can when I can find it. bang has several 0/0 (carb/calories) flavors but they have a too sweet of flavor.

My boyfriend is also an energy drink lover. He went from Rockstar to Bang and lately he became a Reign enthusiast. The composition is better than Rockstar/Bang and they have plenty of flavors (all 0/0 I think).

I have a soda stream and make my own energy drinks. tastes pretty much the same and I'm saving 2 bucks per can.
