This morning's breakfast is much the same as yesterday's, except that I ate the whole mango, and no apple. And that's approximately 1 cup of V8 peach Mango! These breakfasts have given me plenty of energy, so I don't feel the need to refuel until 3-4pm.

Yes - that is a good breakfast for you - if you can eat clean healthy food - and it makes you feel full - good good good all of the way around. That is a better and healthier choice --- we are all trying to live there. WTB <--- that is a typo.

I eat only fresh fruit for both breakfast and lunch (then a normal dinner). You can eat a boatload of food this way, get extra water, satisfy your sweet tooth, and not go hungry. I'm never tired. I've eaten just fresh fruit for breakfast since I was a teenager, and only recently switched my lunches over to it, but the effect is the same.
