Well my weight stayed the same this month. I would have preferred a loss, but things could be worst. A highlight of the month was buying a pair of size 14 pants at Costco, and they fit! Officially gone from size 16 to 14. 🥹Cheers to a new month, everyone ! 🥂

Such a great reward for your hard work and diligence. Size reduction is always such a high! I’ve gone from a tight 3x (tops) to a comfortably fitting 2X. I really want to get to where I don’t have to shop plus sizes; that’s still pretty far in the future, though.
