I am having health issues that we can't figure out why (the Dr) my hands and feet keep locking up and I have pain down my legs. my patassum is good, my calcium is good. my salt is low though. it could be that. I can't barely get up and it is frustrating. I was going to start walking but I can barely sleep because I wake up crying from the pain. I'm sorry to be a whiner. thank you for the kind words from my first post. I am just really down right now
