I "KILLED" it at the gym today... FELT DAMN GOOD!!! I sweat out 1.5 pounds too! :-) Getting back to where I should be... and was... I feel MUCH better now at or just below my target weight going into the upcoming holiday!!! One more good day tomorrow to workout before the holiday... I WILL be at the gym tomorrow too!!!
