loosinisfun's Logboek, 09 mei 11

gooooooood morning...its weigh in day..but weight is like 1/2 pound up..either water weight or muscle gain..not all that much but enough that im gonna wait till tomow..and either record a loss or a gain...felt great to get into the gym this morning an sweat out any messups from the weekend...tried my best yesterday to stick with eating only when i was hungry an staying off the bad food much as i could...well what i consider bad for me...helped mom yesterday by taking care of some flower planting...an weeding ...was so nice yesterday...didnt want to miss being outside an enjoying the sun rays..looks like i will be cutting grass tomow...then rain rest of the week is whats in the forcast...can you say o chit!!!!...yard was starting to dry out ...o well...not sure what im gonna do today..but need to run a few errands...already made my list so i can remember an get it all done today...well..hope everyone had a greattttttttt weekend...its monday for anyone that cares...hahhaha....time to rock an roll....have a great day...

Wow great with the work out. Don't feel bad I know I really screwed up this weekend even with my exercise. I may just be having to pay the piper this week. Have a happy Monday. Got to run and do my hair. I am running late this morning.

thank you cathy an fledgist...i almost always have a great workout after a 2 day rest period...wish i could keep it up thru the week, but as the days pass by...the energy level seems to dwindle...lol..

This weekend was tough for me - I kept reminding myself I had to stay under 1914 calories. And I was successful! Yeah! Kudos to you too!
