no point in performing a weigh-in this week. In fact I haven't bothered with one since the 10th, and will continue to remain in denial until Sunday 4th.

With the exception of Christmas Day, I really haven't overly indulged in junk food & booze; but then again neither have I bothered much with the treadmill, bike or weights. But I'm still updating my data on here, and I haven't red-lined too badly really.

I'm preparing myself for next week's weigh-in to say I'm back in the 15st range, after spending months finally getting into the 14st world. But once the Chistmas festivities are done and dusted (and enjoyed too!), I will get back into the swing and shed those pounds.

Need to reach my target of 14 6, by June; and to go further and reach the 13st zone by the end of the 2015!

It's been hard going ever since I started this D&E regime back in May 2014. But I have officially lost 36 pounds since then (roughly 2.5 st); and my God, has that made a difference both physically & mentally.

So if I can get into the BMI-recommended 13st bracket by the end of 2015, I'll be ecstatic - although the difficult thing will be to keep those pounds from creeping back on again.
