Im okay with this gain :D Biceps have increased 1/2 inch, Neck has decreased 1/4 inch, Measurements & Goal measurements from Bio are 5 inches closer! Waist down 2 inches. HAPPY HAPPY!
81,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 27,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
Gewichtstoename van 3,4 kg per week

THE SCALE JUST PROVIDES feedback!!(body weight , which consist of so much stuff; water weight, fat, MUSCLE, bone, food) most likely if you gain 2 inches on your biceps and do weight training, u gain muscle!!!! focus on fat loss vs weight loss-- keep track of your measurements and BF% Last week, my scale reading was +1lb, but my body fat was -.8% and lost .5 inch on hips and waist!!!!!
