Elliptical Steps: 1465, Cals: 268, Mins: 30. Cooldown Minutes: 7, Steps: 249, Cals: 52. After elliptical I went outside to cool off. I thought I saw a meteor, but no showers expected mid May, nothing until August. I was able to do yoga both AM & PM and take a walk with hubby.
64,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 15,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 7,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
