MICHELLE1970's Logboek, 12 mei 11

Ever since my last visit to the doctor my weight then was 146.5 now I am up to 153. Not understanding why I keep going up when I walk/jog everyday for at least 45minutes in the am and sometime in the evening for another 1/2 hr. and even cut down on my portion size. I have been doing this for the last 3-4 weeks! wHAT THE H!!!! What am I doing wrong?

Often what happens is that your muscle mass will increase due to the increase of your activities. Muscles weighs nearly 4x more than fat which is why they say it's about how you feel and less about weight. If your clothes are still fitting you better or looser, then you're in good shape! Don't sweat the scale-it's probably because you're building more leg muscles due to your walk/jogs :)

Have you tried measuring yourself. With myself I gain muscle before I lose fat so right now my weight is going up. But Ive been measuring myself every week or two and it shows that i'm getting smaller. Maybe thats the case for you too?
