Pizza will get me every time! Back to IF and high protein tomorrow. Macros 38/50/12;
calories 1267; fiber 13.0; net carbs 111.90
Tripped on a rug and took a fall -- will probably be sore tomorrow, but nothing broken. Hubby is still unsteady from his sprained knee in November -- takes a while to heal up at this age. Reminds us to be careful where we put our feet!

Glad you bounced instead of breaking. That dang blood sugar is kinda scary. Such a shame we can't eat the good stuff!
