Well, Christmas was hard - so was New Year - so was everything in between! Managed to enjoy myself and miss out on most party snacks and just have the large meals as my only meals of the day. Delighted to get through the festive period a few pounds lighter! 12lbs to go now - going to aim for 2 per week and get it off by the 16th of February - new weigh in days are Monday (easier for golf tournament days on Wednesday and 5aside football/squash on Sundays).
