Hi guys!
I’m new here but I’m very excited to meet others, share about my weight loss journey, etc.
I guess I should introduce myself, my name is Selah, 22 yrs old, and I have cerebral palsy. I had a stroke at birth which has given my limited usage of my right hand, knee problems, and I walk with a limp.
Despite all of that, I DO NOT let anything stop me. I love hiking, working out, gymnastics, and ballet.
I was in the best shape of my life in 2019/2020.. then COVID hit.. was in quarantine.. and got lazy. Gained 50 whomping pounds! I’m currently 179.2 (started at 180) and I’m determined to get back in shape and stay healthy. I’m currently on track to lose 1-2lbs/week.
