Today was a good day. Didn't cave to a craving. Finished the day with less calories than my goal and I got my walk. My hip bursitis sent me home before I wanted to but its better than nothing. I need to get my LDL levels down so I wont have to use statins. I've got 3 months. I think I can do it! Power of positive thinking!
