My husband usually goes to his family's summer place on Sundays and fires up the grill. I usually stay home so it doesn't bother me. Once I get my LDL down I'll eat meat again but until then I'm strictly vegetarian. I got a little sunburned on my walk yesterday and my knees needed some BenGay last night lol but I'm ready to go again if it doesn't rain.

Concern over my LDL is what pushed me to give up most animal products as well. Hope the dietary solution works for you -- it did for me
