One year ago today, my weight was 170. What a great start to the year. My goal shows 9.5 pounds to go. I'm not sure if that will be enough but when I get there I know I'll be happy. I didn't think I'd ever get to this point, being under the 10 pound to go mark. All the baby steps that I've taken along the way to get to this point has really added up. If I can get to this point, I know anyone can. keep up the good work ya'll, you can do it!
