I can't believe I lost 800 grams. Weighed myself twice just to be sure. I was up 100 yesterday, salt I assumed, so I guess I lost the water retention from yesterday and the weight from calorie reduction. I need to drink more. A lot more. I will try and be more mindful about it today. If the weather cooperates I'll go for a walk. Two different places have 2 different forecasts for today.
