I broke my habit of not weighing myself except on the Wednesday check-in because I didn't feel like I was losing weight; seems the scale bears this out. If I'm lucky, come Wednesday I will be the same as last week (212.5); I imagine this must be related to my previous week of indulgences; I also realized that when I upped my activity level to high, it added 700 calories to my RDI. That seems highly inaccurate based on the disparity between my weight and my calorie intake since I've made this change, so I reverted this back to "moderate" which puts me at an RDI of 3,000 instead of 3,700. Live and learn; based on my estimates, that means that instead of losing 1.5 pounds, I probably held steady or possibly gained a bit. If I hold to a -1000 net/day until Wednesday, I should come out about where I was last week; possibly, if I'm lucky, .5-1 pound lower.

Hopefully having switched my RDI back will make it easier; having those extra 700 calories made it LOOK like I was still burning, but I wasn't. The other problem is that we're in the middle of about ten days of solid rain, so I haven't been able to use my bike to get around; this means primarily using the bus, so I haven't had the chance to get as much "free" exercise by riding my bike to work.

I have been running, but because of my current conditioning and it being early in the season (the soles of my feet, my ankles, calves, and my shins are still adjusting), I can only do 3-5 miles per run, and only, at best, every other day. So, we'll hope for the best on Wednesday and, assuming the weather cooperates, I'm going to try to have a good burner week the following week. 200 by June is looking difficult, but who knows!
