Over the past 3 weeks i have been doing a self hypnosis gastric band program. The "surgery" was yesterday. So far i have been getting full after a very small quantity of food, so my brain must think it's real. I'm telling myself i had the band installed, so it's no surprise I'm full so quickly. Hopefully this will last. 🤞🤞🤞
