I haven't been able to take control of my eating habits ... I think a good way to start would be slow, by just taking in more water every day and only one cup of coffee with sugar and milk per day. I will touch base again next week... in other news though I've found a nice way to start working out which is beginner friendly and not too difficult on the knees. Grow with JoJo!!
