Up a lb. leaving for Hi. Tomorrow morning for 10 days got to visit with the old man he is 95 and is in pretty good shape. Sharp as heck walks with a walker, has a great appetite , so I will be doing some cooking. Planning on coming home a lb. lighter. I always take some trader joe chocolate candy. This time I will not eat one every time he has one. They don't have TJ's there so it is a real treat.
