Well, what can I say - I have gained 1 st 3 lbs since June, groan....
In my defence (partly) I did break an ankle in November and was housebound in plaster for six weeks, eating too many goodies and no exercise.
Plaster cast is now off, xmas is over, so I no longer have an excuse!!!!!

Just goes to prove that I need to record my food intake!!!!!!
71,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Niet Toepasbaar.
