northernmusician's Logboek, 13 jan 15

It's interesting to be doing the weight loss again after a bulk that ended up being a relatively uncontrolled, though conscious, bulk. I have a different mindset, now that I have it loosely in hand again, that I can get where I want to. It's rather freeing.
