Okay … so COVID depressed me … previous to COVID I walked 12,000-14,000 steps per day … did CrossFit online with Coach Steve WAKEFOOSE ofCrossFit West Chester 3xweek. I got sick in January for 6 weeks. Tried to go back to CrossFit but I’m experiencing AFIB like symptoms. I can walk maybe 3,000 steps per day. We I see my MD tomorrow. I am 68 years old, married for 48 years with 3 kids, 7 grands. I would really like to live another 15+ years. Both my husband and I work 34-40+ hours per week. My goal is to lose 1.5 lbs per week as we look forward to our 50th wedding anniversary in 2024. possibly a cruise. It will take me 16 months to reach goal!!! HERE GOES …
