Verdict..... Lost 1.8 lbs. as of 8:30 PM. Any loss is happy time for me. I have a plan to stay under my 1500 calorie limit. My boys were getting a little hefty as well and they are working out with me. They want to be studs when baseball starts. I told them I just don't want to bust out my uniform pants coaching. Good times in a man and two boy bachelor pad.
