Hit 249.6 after my workout today. I got very busy and grabbed junk for supper and skipped lunch altogether. Only consumed 978 calories for the day. I am curious what my waking weight is going to be. I'll record it as a journal entry for kicks but I only log my "official" weight every week. I am determined to succeed!I guess the old fashioned way of diet and exercise albeit hard really is the best way.
