Yesterday and today are proving to be quite busy. Mamogram for me and ultrasound for hubby yesterday, still had to get a bunch of meetings squeezed in. Resume updated and sent off to my potential next job opportunity and started researching about their business group. Have not formally posted for the position yet, want to talk to my boss about it first. Had hair appt this morning at 9, hubby and I are planning menus for this week, looks like baked seafood (swordfish, scallops & shrimp) for supper tonight with a ton of veggies on the side. My calories are not that great (high) today, but what I am eating is all good stuff, no empty calories just to say I ate them! Might stick in a protein shake later this afternoon. Going to go to the bike shop this afternoon, looking at buying a couple of electric bikes, you know, reduce the carbon footprint and all. We can do alot of getting around town this way quickly by engaging the motor, but pedeling as much as possible to get in some good exercise. More on our info discovery later! Ended up cancelling our trip to the Bahamas for next week. With the 3 weeks I just had off due to my brothers passing, I can't really afford another week right now. I have the time to take, but work has somewhat backed up and I need to get caught up. Oh well, will go another time. Gotta go for now!
