First day of my challenge -exercised for 25 minutes, really worked up a sweat. Down in weight today, good to see. Want to keep at it and get this first five pounds gone!

Good for you on getting in the exercise time! But also good work on eating healthy at tgi Fridays. I've been too afraid to go out to eat since starting my weightloss.
