Big scale 140.4, small scale 140.5. Had trouble getting to sleep last night, then cat awakened me at 6am, but I was able yo get back to sleep. Overcast and cool this am. I tilled the garden again, this time walking backwards. The tiller really dug deep. It was a really good workout so I didn't do elliptical or yoga later that evening, but did do am yoga. Continued cleaning the basement.
