Still feeling good staying on track and workouts are great this will be my last weight in on one group and hope to be lower than Ive been since I started this journey almost 1 1/2 years ago. Still looking to keep track of my workout and watch what I eat, not doing bad in either area. Changed my workout program about a week ago went backl to one I did about six months ago FST-7 it is a great workout and I am loving it.
