well today was a rest day. It was really raining here so we just did not walk today but just kept busy doing things at home. I was a little discouraged because when I weighed in yesterday I only lost .02 but I remembered talking to someone on here about how we can look at our non-scale victories. I have lost an inch off of my waist and my hips and I am happy about that!
