Good day today. Eating on point. Did 50" weights-cross training and 45" yoga. 1712 calories with -779 net cal. Good mood. Lots of energy. Positive mind set. I usually don't like to treat myself which has been an issue for years based on a very abusive childhood. However, a few days ago I splurged on a great pair of Gortex hiking boots and am now planning my 5 week trip to New Zealand, Queensland and Sydney. I am really looking forward to it. I cannot wait to enjoy trekking in Milford Sound in some of the most beautiful scenery in the world which for the most part has a very minimal impact from us humans.
Today I reset my goal to 170 as this week I went below my 177 goal to 175. My ultimate is 165 lbs by the end of the year.
