forgot to log my meals yesterday. But I'm back today and plan to stay on it. I figured out I can get off track if I don't log daily. Also did not meet my goal of 10k a day for 6 days.I did however get 5 days.. so small victory there. Tomorrows a new week and new goals. I cut out the nuts, bars,shakes and berries for a few days and had a HUGE leafy salad yesterday and added spinach to my breakfast. Hope it shows on the scale tomorrow. Crossing my fingers.
