Gained 5 pounds in a week! Yep-it's true.
So today I have started a radical diet (for me anyway).. I am doing the Dukan DIet-basicall 5 or more days of pure protein-NOTHINZG else (except for 8 glasses of water and fibre pills to ward off the dreaded Uncle C).
I am not a follower of fad diets but desperate times people...
SU has agreed to do it too-easy for him. He LOVES seafood and fish so he is looking forward to eating nothing but shrimp, clams, oysters, fish etc. Fo me it's going to n=be more non fat plain yogurt and turkey and some shrimp. I hate eating meat but am prepared to be a hypocrite to lose this freakin' weight. We are planning a sashimi pig out for Thursday night. BUT no sake!!!
