Got it!!! My first goal! Finally! Now to set a new goal! OMAD have been the best solution for me, my labs are all under normal values, I feel much better, but it has been a long way to cope with the OMAD, to start doing interment fasting 16:8 for about a year then 18:6 for about 6 month and then to cut make my diet sugar free then sweeteners free, then to reduce carbohydrates to about 20-25% of my diet. Not an easy way but it works and have been more steady than the regular diets.
