I haven't been entering food religiously. However I have been eating healthy. Wellness consultation taught me use TRX equipment and rower. I WALK alot now too. I sold car in December. I don't write that down in exexercise journal, but its definitely paying off. Not water weight. Drank plenty and had breakfast before weigh in.😃
