Herbie's Logboek, 09 feb 15

Steady weight since yesterday, which is fine. I had an active weekend and played soccer three days in a row, so today I'm taking it easy in terms of exercise. I'm just planning to do my daily dog walks, which ends up being 30-60 minutes depending on how many times I acquiesce to the pleading beagle's sad-puppy face. I am doing well on food today.

I am sure your soccer burns up a tremendous amount of energy. Your body may enjoy the switch up to some less strenuous dog walking. We know the dog will!
