To improve my breathing, I had Somnoplasty done in the first three months of this year. I haven't breathed this well as I can recall in more than 30 years. I have congestive heart failure (CHF) too. Because of CHF, my ability to breath is more difficult if I can't get a full breath when my lungs are congested. However, this particular procedure has allowed me to breath through my nose, something I used to believe I could not always do. I met a really good Ears, Nose Throat, specialist and viola! I breath again.
