Another great day. Food within RDI and exercise on track. And the scales are moving in the right direction. What more can one ask for. Am really enjoying adding a bit of yoga into my routine and not trying to overdo the cardio. I have seriously overtrained in the past and it doesnt work. Its got to be about balance. Loving the food too. Lchf really suits me. Hope everyone else is going strong :-)
