I am going out of my comfort zone next week. I have talked to my doctor and she has suggested a couple of menus for me to try out. I have made my grocery list to follow one next week. There are a few things that I have not tried before but am willing to give it a shot. I am so eager and willing to try this to make a permanent life change.
