This morning I did Yoga X to spare my poor sore ankle while wearing my heart rate monitor. I was alarmed to see that I burned a whole 83 calories! I didn't do all of the workout, but did do all of the vinyasa moves. My heart rate never went over 75. Not quite the workout I thought...
