If it wasn't for the ridiculous price, I'd suggest lettuce leaves as alternative instead of crispbread or bread. keep up that protein 😊

Good idea treeslaugh! I am finding the transition to “no carbs” other than what is in veggies quite challenging. I am still eating about one third of the carbs I ate before in my daily 800 calories and slowly trying to wean myself off them!
