I'm at a loss. I haven't eaten anything bad. I've been extremely disciplined. I forgot I wasn't going to weigh in and as it's been a routine for so long I just woke up and did it 😅 did my body get used to the lower calories in about a month and now that I went back and upped them I'm getting the weight back? mind you, I didn't raise them by a lot. but just enough to be on a normal deficit and not trying to get an eating disorder.
125,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 60,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

If you are weighing yourself everyday then it may just be normal fluctuations of water, food etc. You may feel better weighing in “formally” just once per week. Same day, same time each week.

I weigh in every day but only log once a week. It helps me decide what action to take base on the fluctuations. Probably could try different diet type to see if it more effective for you. It did for me. Trust the process🌻

GOOGLE an article titled "Why the Scale Lies" It is an old one but so very helpful accepting the normal fluctuations. Look for the trend

I could've written your post a few days ago...I did write a post where I kind of freaked out over gaining 2+ lbs. I had a couple bad food days but for last 3 days I've been good and weight came right off. My point is that it's one day. It could be water weight, or bloating etc. Try again on your regular weigh day. You got this!💜💜👍
