C O L D -3 This morning, keeps me busy just keeping a fire going in the stove. Wheel borrow didn't want to go in the snow, made a even harder job out of getting in wood. Good work out. I let the snow cover my shovel would have to dig it out, if I was sure where it was. so I am snowbound. Been eating a lot of ice. This helps with water intake , and feels like I am eating, so far this helps. Been reading up some on the Atkins diet, makes me sad, that the things I love, are packing on the lbs for me ,I can't imagine, no more biscuits and gravy, I look back at my old diet, low calorie and am shocked at how many carbs , I was eating. OK we can do this!!!
